  1. The latest version of my DragonOne shareware is available, but the serial number I have does not work for the new version.

    If the latest version is a free upgrade to all registered users, simply email us at and we will generate a new serial number for you free of charge. Please make sure you provide enough information for us to locate your original registration record, such as your name, address, software name and version number, and your current serial number.

    However, if the latest version requires an upgrade fee, you will need to purchase an upgrade license.

  2. I would like to upgrade to the latest version of my DragonOne shareware, how much does it cost to upgrade?

    Most minor updates are free upgrades to all registered users. However, major version updates may require a discounted upgrade fee. Please refer to the product page for the latest upgrade pricing.
