  1. After I enter my user name and registration code then click "Register" button, the registration application crashes. I'm using Mac OS 9.

    It is possible the preferences file for the software you are registering is damaged. Simple open your Preferences folder (inside your System Folder) and trash the preferences file of that particular software (i.e. "AppTab Preferences"). Once the preferences file is trashed, launch the registration application again and register your software.

  2. My computer crashed and I had to reformat the hard drive. Unfortunately, I have no backup for my serial number.

    Email us at and we will locate your registration record for you. Please make sure you provide enough information for us to locate your record, such as your name, address, software name and version number.
