Mac OS X Products

AnotherMenu

  1. I can't perform any operation or browse a folder when I open the Preferences window.
  2. The Preferences window is covered by other windows, and I can't access it.
  3. I can't seem to select the calendar in the “Date and Time” menu item.
  4. AnotherMenu's memory usage jumps high sometimes.
  5. The “Ink” preference pane never shows up in “System Preferences” app, why is that preferences pane listed in AnotherMenu's “System Preferences” menu item?
  6. Why does the cursor change shape when I hit the space key during the screen capture session?
  7. Why can't I command + drag AnotherMenu's icon to rearrange its order on the menu bar?
  8. I have been evaluating AnotherMenu for more than 30 days, but now only one system level function menu item appears in the main menu.

ClickCopy X

  1. I have been copying and pasting lots of files using ClickCopy X's own Copy and Paste commands, and my Finder's responsiveness seems to slow down.
  2. When I enable “Use objects from Finder's clipboard” option, the time it takes to display Finder's contextual menu seems to be longer.
  3. The “Move” and “Move Into” commands do not list in the contextual menu sometimes, even thought I enable them in the preferences.
  4. When I enable “Use objects from Finder's clipboard” option, the time it takes to display Finder's contextual menu seems to be longer.
  5. I got the “No Write Permission” when I bring up ClickCopy X's contextual menu.
  6. I copy bunch of files across several sub-folders in a folder “xxx”, then I try to paste one of the files “into” one of the folders in “xxx”. In the case, the “Move Into” command is not available.
  7. When I select “Settings…” menu item from the contextual menu, I got an error saying the application cannot be found.

 

Windows Products

DTI Keeper

  1. When I select a saved icon position setting, the Restore Icon Positions button is disabled for all saved settings. I can double click on the saved setting and it restores successfully, and after doing that the Restore Icon Positions button is now enabled. So there seems to be a problem with enabling it in the first place.

 

WindowEase

  1. The quick launch command for Windows Explorer does not work via either the context menu or the hot keys.

8Tuner

  1. I have created custom folder icons to be used with 8Tuner, but none of the icons shows up in Folder Icon Option's dialog.
  2. I was changing many folder and system icons and trying to find my favorite ones, then suddenly 8Tuner crashed.
  3. I changed the icons, folders etc. and I got tired of that set, how do I change it back to the way it was?
  4. I forgot to select "Back Up System Files" option before I tuned my system. Now I decide not to use 8Tuner and change everything back to the OS 8 default, how do I do that?

AppTab

  1. The Command + Tab hot key switches applications without showing AppTab's 3D dialog.
  2. I just installed AppTab from one of the shareware collection CDs, but AppTab tells me that the evaluation period has expired.

EjectMenu

  1. When I am in the hot key setup dialog, there are no drive names for me to select.
  2. When I try to set up hot keys for my network drives, none of the mounted network drives shows up in the setup dialog.
  3. I have changed the SCSI ID of one of my removable drives, then the hot key for that drive no longer works.

 

Finder Chance

  1. I have checked a menu item to intercept, but nothing happens when I select the menu item from Finder's menu.

FlashStars

  1. I chose a sound file to be used with FlashStars, but no sound is playing when the screen saver is activated.
  2. When I try to pull down Apple menu, FlashStars always activates.


I Love Native! Pro

  1. I have a high capacity hard disk and hundreds of thousands of files stored in the disk. When I scan my entire hard disk, the list window displays scanned files then suddenly I Love Native! crashes.
  2. When I run I Love Native! Pro v3.0, an error occurs and tells me that "IconServicesLib" cannot be found, then the program quits.

 

QuickWindow

Purchase

  1. I live outside the United States and I try to register DragonOne shareware by using the secured web store. However, my browser does not go anywhere when I click the store link.
  2. I tried to purchase the software and clicked on "Purchase Now", program tried to contact eSellerate and failed. I got an connection error message: Unable to retrieve product information (error; 5236: 4598).
  3. I live outside the United States and would like to purchase DragonOne shareware with other kind of payment than credit card.

 

Registrations

  1. After I enter my user name and registration code then click "Register" button, the registration application crashes. I'm using Mac OS 9.
  2. My computer crashed and I had to reformat the hard drive. Unfortunately, I have no backup for my serial number.

 

Upgrade

  1. The latest version of my DragonOne shareware is available, but the serial number I have does not work for the new version.
  2. I would like to upgrade to the latest version of my DragonOne shareware, how much does it cost to upgrade?
