If you have problems using DragonOne software and your questions are not answered in the documentation, you can send your questions to us for troubleshooting. Please note that we are not equipped to provide extensive individual attention for each problem, but we will reply to you as soon as possible.



Registration Code/Serial Number

If the registration code or serial number for your registered DragonOne shareware does not work, or if you have lost your registration code or serial number for the DragonOne shareware product you purchased, you can send an email to us and we will be happy to retrieve your registration information for you. Please make sure you include your full name, DragonOne shareware product name and version number, address, email, and any other information that can help us identify yourself (address and email should be the ones that you used when you made your purchase). If you purchased any DragonOne shareware via eSellerate, you can retrieve your registration code or serial number via eSellerate's After-Purchase Services site.
